crab frits

today i will introduce a chinese top grade food :crab frits.
what's crab frits?it's crab's meat with crab cover.and fried it. it's a famous shanghai food.
first,we need get the crub egg and crub meat.it's very hard to get it. we must use our hand. no mission.
1.mix the crub egg and crub meat and egg and many ingredient.
2.get the soft crab cover.filling in the cover
3.put in the oil,and fried it.
4.make the traditional sauce.
5.put the sauce on the top, and enjoy.

steamed buns

i'm from Shanghai China. i will introduce a shanghai food to you.
shanghai steamed buns!
what's the different from shanghai steamed buns and normal steamed buns?
normal steamed buns is using pork to fill in the steamed buns,but shanghai steamed buns is using crab and pork.
crab is a delicious seafood. but it's hard to get crab meat. we must get crab by hand.there is no mission can help us.this is why shanghai steamed buns is so expensive.
let's talk about skin. the skin of steamed buns is really thin.you need use your chopstick very carefully.
how to eat?just bite a little .and drink all the cooking liquor.and than moisten the steamed buns with vinegar.finally ,eat all the steamed buns.

golden fried rice

i introduced the mapo tofu in my first blog.i will introduce the golden fried rice this blog.
chinese fried rice is easy to do,but if you want to get a fantasic fried rice,you need pay attention and try you best.

look! this is the golden fried rice .
how to do it?
let's study!
we need prepare 3 eggs,salt ,pork oil.
1.we only use the yolk,mix the yolk ,and add the salt
2.put the oil in the wok,make it hot
3.put thr egg in the wok.and saute it quickly
3.saute the rice and egg,make sure every rice is separate ,and every rice is connect the rice(it's the most important key in the golden fried rice)
4.put salt,pepper and MSG
5.ok finish !enjoy!!
