Wells Fargo is the largest originator mortgage bank in the United State . And its deposit 's rank is no2.It has more than 275000 employees in the bank. 

         Wells Fargo just cutting 2300jobs in August,And they want cutting another 1800jobs from mortgage department.Wells Fargo think less people is refinancing their mortgage . they decide cutting more 1800 jobs , they will give the employee 60 days notice.
