US election

It's about the us election.Finally Barack Obama reelected the president . It's his second time to be the president. It's a fight with Barack Obama and mitt Romney . Finally Obama got 332 tickets and Romney got 206 tickets. It's a huge difference. And it's a miracle for Obama because of  its thr highest unemployment rate in the us.

I suppose Obama because of in last 4 year Obama did a great job . He has a clear mind. He can lead us .let us get better.In next 4year Obama has more challenging.first is the economy.second is more job. Third is health care reform. Fourth is congress. There're four very important thing in next four year. Obama should figure out it.

 there is a robber try to rob something .he went to the arby in the park city mall..and than, after 5 min policeman get in the park city. everybody is very scared. policeman let everybody get out the mall.

a long time after. police still didn't found anything. but they never give up. they're keep searching

finally , policeman found the robber in a bathroom about 8:30. this man have gun. it's a dangerous people.

i went to the park city today. now. i think it's too dangerous . may be i should stay at home. its the safety way.

Former cabbie gets jail for fatal crash

he is a taxi drive, he go in to the jail.and fight with other people . there is  5 people die ,an one people hurt, it's a sad story. in the judgment  he try to make judge feel he is lonely poor. finally. the judge told he 2 years jail and 250000 dollar. its almost 2 hour  meeting . he is a sick person ,he feel very bad. everyday eat normal food. he feel very bad.
the hurt person he feel very sad.he said im so said. i fight with other people .i feel regret.
i feel really sad please regret me.

the greatest rainstorn happened in china

5/13,china has the greatest rainstorm in guangxi.the Bureau of Meteorology said it's a red warning!

so many people died.guangxi need help.the government said:everyone should donate money.everyone should help guangxi.

next three day will be continue rainstorming. it is so dangerous.

and the farmer said;they lose a lot of money ,they can not live in guangxi any more.they want move out.

the government said,they will try their best to help guangxi,and the governemnt will use nation's money to help it. the governemnt is very care about this disaster.

a girl from anhui china

a girl from anhui china.she is obfuscation. the policeman found she.the policeman think she is dead.so the policeman decide throw it away.
i think it's a terrible thing. if we find someone obfuscation,we need connect hospital.we can't throw it away.it's everybody's responsibility.but the policeman throw it away.i think the policeman is brave ,smart person. i am so disappoint to policeman.but the person hurt the girl, we already hold of it

china oil's prince is too expensive

China has many people and more and more car. The area is only a little bit place we need oil.so ,the oil is more and more expensive.these days,i think the oil's prince is too expensive.it's eight renmingbi per L.i think many family will be confused about oil.many people use walk,bicycle,public transportation instead of oil. i think the government will be get the new policy to control the oil price.
i come frome shanghai.shanghai is one part of china.it's really modern in the china mainland.and there are many car in the shanghai .there are a lot of traffic jam in shanghai,include the normal way and highway.and subway.everywhere is people.so .i think the government must solve this problem.

salmon fish pasta,chicken wing and chocolate milk tea.they are so delicious.
salmon fish pasta is very fresh.they use the fresh salmon and fresh asparagus
BBQ chicken wing tastes nice ,and the chocolate bubble in the milk tea.it's awesome food.i'm really like it

today i will introduce a chinese top grade food :crab frits.
what's crab frits?it's crab's meat with crab cover.and fried it. it's a famous shanghai food.
first,we need get the crub egg and crub meat.it's very hard to get it. we must use our hand. no mission.
1.mix the crub egg and crub meat and egg and many ingredient.
2.get the soft crab cover.filling in the cover
3.put in the oil,and fried it.
4.make the traditional sauce.

5.put the sauce on the top, and enjoy.

shanghai steamed buns!

what's the different from shanghai steamed buns and normal steamed buns?

normal steamed buns is using pork to fill in the steamed buns,but shanghai steamed buns is using crab and pork.

crab is a delicious seafood. but it's hard to get crab meat. we must get crab by hand.there is no mission can help us.this is why shanghai steamed buns is so expensive.

let's talk about skin. the skin of steamed buns is really thin.you need use your chopstick very carefully.

how to eat?just bite a little .and drink all the cooking liquor.and than moisten the steamed buns with vinegar.finally ,eat all the steamed buns.  

golden fried rice

i introduced the mapo tofu in my first blog.i will introduce the golden fried rice this blog.
chinese fried rice is easy to do,but if you want to get a fantasic fried rice,you need pay attention and try you best.

look! this is the golden fried rice .
how to do it?
let's study!
we need prepare 3 eggs,salt ,pork oil.
1.we only use the yolk,mix the yolk ,and add the salt
2.put the oil in the wok,make it hot
3.put thr egg in the wok.and saute it quickly
3.saute the rice and egg,make sure every rice is separate ,and every rice is connect the rice(it's the most important key in the golden fried rice)
4.put salt,pepper and MSG
5.ok finish !enjoy!!
fried rice is the basic chinese cosine.fried rice representative cook's ability.

i will introduce china.i think food is the soul of the country.i will introduce a sichuan style classic food.

 Mapo doufu

       tofu have 5 important things.it's spicy, smell good,colour,hot,mala.

       First thing is grain meat,after that ,put garlic,tempeh,red chili,sweet sauce. After that, is the key of the sichuan style .it;s douban.it;s the first key:spicy!

      at the same time ,we can smell the second key:smell good!

      Third thing is fried until colourful,put tofu,wine,seasoning.Use small fire until boil.The chili is red,tofu is white, green onion is green.it's the third key:colour!

     it's almost done. next is thickening with mixture of cornstarch and water.and use the big fire.it's the fourth key:hot!

      the final step is put japanese pepper on the top.it's the fifth key:mala!
